Since 2011, Tovah Fairshot has provided specialized educational and behavioral services to youth, ranging K-12. Tovah served as a special education teacher in Seattle Public Schools, a behavior specialist and curriculum developer in Las Vegas, and a district behavior specialist and PBIS Coach for Federal Way Public Schools, the most diverse school district in Washington state. Tovah found her passion developing relationships, building wraparound supports, and educating youth with Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD) within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework. Chris Ladish, PhD is the Chief Clinical Officer of Pediatric Behavioral Health at Mary Bridge Children’s and MultiCare Behavior Health. Dr. Ladish is a licensed clinical psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist and joined MultiCare in 1996. Dr. Ladish’s areas of expertise include pediatric psychology and neuropsychology, brain injury, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, and gender affirming healthcare. Dr. Ladish serves on the steering committee of Kids’ Mental Health, Pierce County and is a member of the MultiCare Behavioral Health and Pierce County Behavioral Health Advisory Boards. She is passionate about improving health equity and access for all children in need of behavioral health care. Prior to joining MultiCare, Dr. Ladish obtained her doctorate from Washington State University and completed internships and fellowships at the University of Washington and Stanford schools of medicine. Dr. Ladish resides in Renton, Washington with her wife and their two teenagers.
