Lucas McIntyre, MD is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and founding Medical Director of the MultiCare Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. He has over a decade of clinical experience working with adults, children and adolescents with severe mental health concerns. He is a member of the Pierce Country Behavioral Health Advisory Board and a recipient of the Tacoma Public Schools Star Community Partner Award. He is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Nicole E. Nichols
Social Worker MSW
MultiCare Health System
Nicole Nichols is a dedicated social worker trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has worked for MultiCare for more than 3 years with a focus on adolescent mental health. Nicole is actively involved in outreach and networking within the community to provide youth with continuity of care and to raise awareness about mental health resources and supports. Her goal is to empower adolescents and their families to navigate their mental health journeys with resilience and hope.
